The Russian sportswoman Ekaterina GUSEVA is in her 21 years already a well-known table tennis player on the international stage. Among others, she has regularly been attending World Tour tournaments, also in Olomouc, where the 8th European Universities Table Tennis Championship is been held these days.
“I´ve been to the Czech Republic for several times. We regularly go right here to Olomouc for the Czech Open, before that I played for a couple of times in Hodonín at the Junior Czech Junior & Cadet Open,“ says the 21-years old student from Kazan, who´s developed a taste for Olomouc, metropolis of the Haná region. “I like Olomouc. It is a very nice city. Yesterday evening we went for a sightseeing tour with the girls. It was very interesting, we are looking forward to staying here and enjoying the place.“
Ekaterina Guseva will be participating in the European Universities Table Tennis Championship for the third time in her career.
