One of the most important partners of European Universities Table Tennis Championship 2017 that will be hosted in Olomouc is a company ZFP GROUP. It is not a coincidence. Its owner Mr. Vladimir Poliak is a big fan of sport particularly table tennis.

Vladimir Poliak plays table tennis in his free time. Moreover he regularly supports table tennis events for youth. For example he supported Czech tournament of minicadets in Valtice that was called ZFP GROUP CUP. Vladimir Poliak was not missing in Valtice sport hall. He opened the tournament and also watched closely struggle of the youngest adepts behind the green tables.„I started to play table tennis as a boy at school in my home town. I´ve had a very close relationship to this sport and still I like to play table tennis,“ says Vladimir Poliak who  participates in organisation of Valtice tournament for several years.„We have supported this tournament from the early beggining. We manage this event together with Mr. Ratajsky. I´m delighted to see so many small children doing sport. Although I´m still very busy I find time to take a look at the tournament,“ continues Vladimir Poliak and adds: „It´s a pity young people have not such a close relationship to this sport in comparison with our generation. I personally welcome each event that gets them somehow to sport. That´s why we support sport events for young people, it is important. And regarding our good cooperation with Mr. Ratajsky we agreed that my company will support even European Universities Championship in Olomouc.“
